I just installed AFS and Bobby Ray seems to be missing some items like ceramic plate, c-4, HE mortar shells etc.

I'd say there's a better than even chance that a MOD modifies something like that on purpose, no?

 No, you didn't mess it up. These items may not show this early due to coolfactor being too high for your current progress - i.e. they might show up later. Or they might not show up at all. As DepressivesBrot said - a mod usually changes things.

I would like to add that the 9.3x64 ammo for the SVDK rifle is missing on Bobby Ray's. Is the ammo only exclusive for Danubian army? Bobby Ray carries plenty of those SVDK rifles. If Bobby Ray has the rare gyrojet rounds, why don't they offer 9.3x64?

 Just looking at the XML's being rebuilt into v4.xx, BR will sell 9.3x64mm, but very rarely.

Ceramic Plates being missing is a bug, though I don't remember where/if it was fixed.

Go find Devin for HE stuff.

Before starting a new game, will there be a feature or an option that would allow gamers to decide to allow all weapons/items in Bobby Ray or have some of them scatter throughout the game? I much prefer to grab few grenades and launchers as early as possible.

If there isn't, will there be that kind of option in version 4.0? The point is not all gamers like to be led to a wild goose chase going on Easter hunt for that launchers, explosives, and rare guns i.e.

 No, there is no easy way for the release to appeal to those that want greater BR availability than I intend, or for that matter less (ie. see Slax's post this weekend).

Hopefully, the XMLEditor supplied at time of v4.xx's release (several weeks/months) will allow for carefree editing so that players can modify BR and other inventories to their liking. Otherwise, BR inventory may be adjusted via Notepad++. The key file is the core/big items.XML.

Where can I find the XML file? The closest thing I can find Bigitems.slf . I already have the Notepad++. If there's that XML file, how do I tweak it? What am I looking for? What values need to be changed? I'm no expert in programming.
