I don't know if that bug reported or not.Elhi voice if she has a low morale-she have two new voices female and male voice when confirm actions like moving or something like that.Really i meet this bug first time,cos i never had Elhi with low morale.

 Elhi had an incomplete voice, which is why she was cut from original Urban Chaos. Perhaps one of these days someone should think about redoing her speech for UC-1.13.

Just wondering if you had realized your mediafire link is down for ADCAP 5? Really hope that doesnt mean youve stopped working on this! Ive clocked up hundreds of hours on ADCAP 4 and really appreciate what you do. I'll send you a PM also just to be sure you know the link is down. Cheers.
