Hello, I wonder if there is a way for me to get the UC 1.13 compatible to the latest JA2 1.13 unstable developing released version? Could anyone help me? Thank you.

I just updated my production build to the current (as of today, Feb 19, 2015) SCI_Unstable_Revision_7740_on_GameDir_2207 UC-1.13 works ok with it. The only error is a new entry in Ja2_Options.ini for Militia strategic control.

May we get some more details as to what problems you are encountering when running UC-1.13 v4.50 under the current unstable Single Click Installer?
