So today while listening to the House of Commons debate, I had a break through (ironic I think) which allowed me to automate the items.xml which was huge or at least to me it was. However, I have been stumped trying to find out what the following settings effect. I have been looking all over and I see some glimpses, but I wanted to check to see if anyone could provide more insight?
Specifically:
<FlatBase>
<FlatAim>
<PercentCap>
<PercentHandling>
<PercentTargetTrackingSpeed>
<PercentMaxCounterForce>
<PercentCounterForceAccuracy>
Lastly if anyone who is knowledgeable of weapons (or has a passion for them) and such would like to review once I am completed with the xml please let me know so I can make changes before it is added into the Tuscany mod?
Also, I would like to add special thanks to Hawkeye who provided me some feedback. I decided to try his approach and that second attempt to try to use the standard items.xml and get it automated worked after many failures, but it seems to be on the right track. So, thank you!
I still may release it without the full load of items on the map initially, but we shall see how things go as my preference would be to have items. I still need to figure out how to graphicly make items which I have not started to learn yet.

@ Stavian
An amazing source of inspiration. House of Commons debate? Dang.
@ Grim
I'll be checking that page you referred. The Old HAM stuff was very useful in the past, and I need OCTH vs NCTH information, thanks.
