So with all the Melody stuff and the morale system having been tweaked, I have been having some issues keeping my mercs happy and productive.
My biggest issue is Fox, who has always been a merc with fickle likes and dislikes, but in this current game with three psychos in the team her morale has really gone low. I tried to give her some wine, and it only ruined her morale even more after she got over the drunk-ness.
What's the best way to improve merc morale with the new systems? Obviously killing people and taking sectors works, but it's not as effective as it used to be before the overhaul. And whilst surrounding people with people they like might be the quickest way to make them happy, it's also a bit too expensive for my tastes.

I think I remember reading somewhere that listening to the walkman raises morale.
Who are the other mercs in the same sector as Fox? Likely she doesn't like one of them. A merc with the "Snitch" trait will tell you if one of your team doesn't like another. So will a current spreadsheet.
