I play in SCI-FI mod and Creptius is in Drassen but in new map, i cant find entrance to mine.

try the big "mining" building. there will be a room that kind of reminds of an elevator (needs some imagination, OK) where you will be able to exit the sector to the Mine

There is 3 strange rooms in Main mining building, 2 of them is full wiht rocks(ore) third is empty and i still cant find entrance to the mine Sad

There are two small 4x4 rooms with double doors with switches at the right wall to the right of east enter to main building where two rooms you mentioned above are - it's lift cabins, the enters are at their centers
